Photo Focus On Vintage Baby Dolls and The Letter P

P is for Photo Effects...and...Pink Saturday

Hush Little Babies, don't you cry!
This was my first thought as the 'Straight Out of Camera' photo came up in my Windows Live Photo Gallery where I usually crop and adjust the exposure and fiddle with the picture before sizing and saving.  However, this photo seemed perfect in composition and was the ideal photo to do some Fun Photo Effects!

Special Effects and Frames are from Picnik.
This was my first Photo Editing at Picnik.  I found it to be very User Friendly.

  3. Ah, this is a photo to love. It reminds me of my babies when I was a child - especially my Tiny Tears.

Is there a Mr. Linky for knitting?

  14. Hi Sue, I have been entertaining my cousin and there has been very little time for visiting. I'm sorry I have missed your posts. This post is just adorable and your different photo changes are very clever. I love the full color the best. What darling baby dolls all dressed out in perfectly pink. I love baby dolls but not one of my three daughters cared a bit about them. They played sports. No dolls except for a brief thing with Barbie. Such is life. One of my daughters has the most girlie girl ever and she loved dolls as well as sports. I sure gave her baby dolls. Smile.

I am often not home on Pink Saturday Sue. Catching up with the pinkies seems like all I do. No worries.
    Warm Hugs,
    Jeanne

  18. Hi Sue Sweetie...
Love the babies, and yes they do appear to be saying just that. Hush little babies is the perfect caption. I love the little doll on the right, how precious is she. A bundle of love to be loved.

I love using PicNik. It is SO much fun. Hope you have a beautiful Thursday sweet friend. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

  19. Sue, these are sweet! Are these from your childhood? Or just collected? All I have left from my childhood is an old stuffed dog.
I would love to learn to create the kind of headers you have. I have never used this Picnik.~Ames
