      That is for sure in August. It was not much better in July when my sister (walker) and I went to the Botanical Gardens. We started early in the am so it wasn't too bad. It's such a beautiful place, and if you haven't been to San Antonio...it's a great place to visit. I thought the traffic horrific, but it's probably not as bad as where you live in the Metro-Plex.
