Hello Bloggin' Friends
Here's wishin' Ya'll a Happy Fourth of July!

"You have to love a nation that celebrates its independence every July 4,
NOT with a parade of guns, tanks, and soldiers who file by the White House in a show of strength and muscle,
but with family picnics where kids throw Frisbees, the potato salad gets iffy, and the flies die from happiness.
You may think you have overeaten, but it is patriotism."
~Erma Bombeck~

My Patriotism will be showing way past The Fourth.

  7. I love your photography Sue! There is a certain romanticism about Texas. I guess it comes from my reading all those cowboy romance novels and certainly has nothing to do with my 5 day bus trip across a hot and barren Texas heading to California when I was 16. That bus stopped in places that didn't even look like a town. Fascinating but monotonous. Hoo boy that was enough bus riding to last me a lifetime. I never new Texas was so big! Anyway I love Texas. God Bless Texas and you!

Happy Fourth of July! I celebrate our Country's freedom all year long! ~Ames
