ReplyDeleteI was born and raised in Texas, and never lived anywhere but Texas. I thoroughly enjoyed the road trip with you. Great shots of Texas along the highways and byways.
ReplyDeleteI was raised in Texas for the better part of my life, but having lived all over I claim California pretty much home. I love California, but had to get outta there because, mainly the craziness, but the 1989 earthquake hit us pretty hard. I now love Idaho, but California will always be dear to my heart. Texas, too, since we lived there so long.

Sue, these are so much fun!
ReplyDeleteYou are a True Texas Treat.♥
Having fun? We had a trailer that looked like that once. Me and the mister can't remember the name of it (CRS) but it had a bed up front, then the couch, and then the dinette/kitchen, and a bathroom in the back. We only got to use it once and the mister got real sick and we sold it. Now that he is better (praise God!) we are looking for something more smaller for shorter trips. Oh how I am jealous. We loved to travel! Enjoyed your "T" post and all the cool pics. Have fun on the road. Hugs!~Ames
ReplyDeleteP.S. We have a Tom Tom. Sometimes I think they have a mind of their own. Recalculating! :)
Love these photos of Texas. My cousin lives in Forney, and she loves it!

ReplyDeleteOh how I enjoyed this post! I am a displaced Texan. I lived my whole life 46 years in Texas. Then was uprooted and moved to Ky. Well, if I had to moved from my beloved Texas, a place full of country and horses is the place to be. But is aint Texas. A Texan will always have a heart for Teaxs.

ReplyDeleteI so enjoyed rolling along with ya all today. I love Texas, it is a beautiful state. (Almost as pretty as my home state of Oklahoma). Ha! Ha! I had to add that.
I love the cow photo you captured drinking from the trough, with drips on her little face. That is pricelss. I love it. The trees are gorgeous as well. Isn't it fun to see what others see behind the lens of a camera? I so enjoyed this visit today.
Love that trailor as well. DH and I keep dreaming about one for us when we retire. One day.

Hi GRIT! How are you? I was eating grits at the Cracker Barrel today and you popped into my head! HA HA ! So I had to come by to say hello. My Sweets and I had the day off! I am lazy like an old dog on the porch! Did not do one thing to exert myself today! There will be plenty of that at work tomorrow! LOL!
