Texas Night Moon and Stars

The moving Moon went up the sky.
And nowhere did abide;
Softly she was going up,
And a star or two beside-

From the Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner
 Samuel Taylor Coleridge (1772-1834)

    I love nighttime sky photos... they're hard to capture. Good job and I love the poem!

  5. That is my favorite time of day when the moon first comes out and the suns still setting, not dusk, not twilight, but we call it "the golden hour" :)

    Hi Collect in Texas Sue! Looks like you are having a grand time over there in big ol' Texas. I have been a lucky lady too to have my babies all visit and take a trip with them to boot. Love your night shot! For the life of me I cannot take a night time photo try as I might. I may just have to drag out the "how to" book. Have a beautiful Thursday and drop by if you have time. There's a big pitcher of fresh made lime-aide on the counter. xo
